Editorial Policy at Thriveworks

Thriveworks was established in 2008, with the ultimate mission of helping people live happy and successful lives. In addition to providing exceptional clinical care and customer service, we accomplish our mission further by offering important information about mental health and self-improvement on the Thriveworks Blog.

Below is our editorial policy, which explains how we produce the content featured on our blog. If you have any questions, please contact us at success@thriveworks.com

What Is the Thriveworks Blog?

The Thriveworks Blog disseminates information related to mental health and self-improvement, with the goal of educating and empowering readers. Our blog is not intended to provide medical assistance or replace professional psychological treatment or medical treatment. Readers are urged to seek professional help for diagnosis and treatment of mental health problems, or other medical problems.

While we do our best to limit false or misleading information and at times supplement the Thriveworks Blog with research-backed evidence or the professional opinions of licensed mental health professionals, the articles published on our blog are by and large opinion based. Authors speak from personal experience.

Thriveworks’ Editorial Process

Anthony Centore Ph.D., Founder and CEO at Thriveworks, selects which topics are featured on the Thriveworks Blog. He identifies important, relevant topics which address the needs, interests, and inquiries of our users. These topics often relate to self-help and new developments in the mental health field.

The Thriveworks Blog features content from multiple authors. While many articles are authored by Anthony and Senior Writer and Editor Taylor Bennett, guest contributions are frequently published. Guest contributors include but are not limited to other Thriveworks employees as well as professionals outside of the Thriveworks community.
